”I visited this property on Sun., May 24th. Check-in is at 3PM but I arrived early. Worker at front desk told me there was no early check-in, which I understood. I came back at 2:50 thinking she could begin the check-in process. I was told to wait the additional 10 mins, which I did. When I got checked in and started putting my things away, I realized the worker had put me in a handicapped room so I went back downstairs to address it since I booked through Expedia and didnt reserve this type of...
