”The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door.
There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by.
When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room...

”Well, definately not 5-star hotel! Maybe 4... Room was noisy due to the 23th Dec event, but the location was good for us (close to the airport with free shuttle). Convinient due to several restaurant options at the casino.”

”The Four Seasons Westcliff was our first stop upon arriving in South Africa, where we met up with family and friends who reside in Johannesburg.
We were warmly greeted at check-in by Precious the process was very smooth. Very much appreciated after flying for over 30 hours from California.
Our room was very well appointed with welcome treats provided.
We ate all our meals over the course of two days here, and were looked after very well by Atli and Sethi at breakfast, and Zizi at Flame...
