”This was a convenient location near the Raleigh fairgrounds and art museum.The condo, and development are an older location. The unit itself is in good condition, but there were some things that were in need of fixing. I suggest fixing the bathroom fan and improving the upstairs shower. Also, it may help to have the ventillation ducts cleaned”
