Emerald City is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to all Bentonville has to offer! When you enter our home, you'll immediately be greeted by our open-concept kitchen, dining and living room area. To the right, you'll see our living room. This space has a gorgeous green velvet couch, leather lounge chair, and 60-inch Hisense/Roku Smart TV as well as tons of natural light from the windows. You'll also find games like Farkle, Yahtzee, Taboo, cards and Uno on the shelf. Past the living room, you'll see our oval, 6-top dining table, which is backed by our emerald wall and funky checkered artwork. To the left, you'll see our fully stocked kitchen complete with tons of storage, our wood-top island with barstool seating and state-of-the-art kitchen amenities. Here, you'll also find a small desk area overlooking the backyard.



We also have a secondary, studio-style living space, which can be reached through a door at the front of the house or laundry room. In this space you'll find a small living room with a cozy blue couch, 58-inch Hisense Roku TV, retro Pac Man Arcade Game and Queen-size bed. You'll also find a stocked kitchenette as well as barstool seating for dining. This space also has a private bathroom with a washer and dryer.



After a long day of exploring Downtown Bentonville, take your pick from any of our 4 private bedrooms:

(1) Our studio-style Primary Suite complete with a Queen-size bed, Queen-size pullout bed, closet, dresser, 58-inch Hisense Roku TV, bathroom, kitchenette and living room.

(2) Our second Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, two closets, a dresser, a 40-inch Hisense/Roku TV and a nearby bathroom.

(3) Our third bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, dresser and nearby bathroom.

(4) Our fourth bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, dresser, 55-inch TCL Roku TV and nearby bathroom.



Head through the laundry room to find a back patio with a BBQ grill and HOT TUB (temporarily out of service)! Head down the stairs to enjoy our fenced-in backyard with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table. This is one of our favorite spots to unwind after a long day out and about.



Looking to hit the MTB trails while you're here? We have a bike wash station, and a private, lockable bike shed in the back! When you're not at the house, head a few minutes down the road to bike, shop, eat and explore! Bentonville is happy to have you.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



Other Things to Note:

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
