The listing doesn’t do this gem justice!

We had 3 families with kids from 7-14 and adults. The place was better than expected, so much room for all of us to be comfortable. So cozy and welcoming with the prefect location. We were able to bike to trails and the Bentonville Square. Sherry was amazing, she made sure we had everything we needed and was just a text away for any questions. The house had EVERYTHING you could need, from first aid supplies to yard games! We had a bonfire one night and really enjoyed the patio space too, two driveways for enough space for cars too. We definitely will be back, we loved it!!

Peaceful Getaway

The comforts of home are here. Enough space for a close knit large group. The town and trails are close by but you're not in the thick of the downtown activity. Perfect balance.

Lovely retreat for family gathering

This lovely house is large with many gathering spots for families. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, full of trees and close to conveniences. Sherry is very easy to communicate with and a wonderful hostess! Would stay again!

Great place to stay

I rented this house with a group of 3 couples, each with kids. The house is very spacious and had the perfect accommodations for us (bedrooms and bathrooms). It was clean and inviting. The owners were easy to communicate with and very thoughtful. We felt welcomed there. They had thought of everything (signs telling us where to find things in the house, a book with any additional info we'd need, outdoor games, complimentary toiletries and snacks). I would stay here again, and I would rent from these owners again.

Great place and location

Sherry was a great host and the property was perfect for our group of 3 families with young kids. We could ride to all of the trails from the house and the kids could bike to several nearby playgrounds. They spent hours playing outside in the large fenced in yard. Close to downtown. We will definitely plan to come back.

Great Place to Stay for Mountain Bikers

This is the perfect place in Bentonville. The home is cozy and tucked away in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely stay there again.

Best VRBO Host EVER

We rent a lot of VRBO's and Sherry was the best host that we have ever had. The property is more than what she can put on the listing. Very clean, she goes an extra mile to make your stay wonderful (all the spices you need, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, bathroom needs, plenty of toilet paper), games to play outside, mountain bike racks, a place to wash your bike and rags to clean it, checks in often to make sure you don't need anything. She even went farther with us and helped me get a boat rented, pointed out things to do, etc. Overall, I would stay here over and over again. My family is already talking about a return trip to her beautiful home. Thank you Sherry for such a wonderful stay, you made it feel like our home away from home.

Family reunion

This property could not have been better. We had twelve family members, from four states and ages 6 to 82, in town for a long weekend and they loved the house. Very nicely appointed, super clean and well kept, in a quiet neighborhood convenient to everything Bentonville has to offer. Sherry could not have been a better host. A great communicator, she provided all the necessary info for our stay in a thorough but concise text the morning of check-in day. The yard was beautifully landscaped and a great place to gather. The "s'mores" ingredients provided were an especially nice touch. We would definitely stay with them again and intend to look into their property in Gulf Shores when we next go to the beach.

Well kept, beautiful, comfortable, everything you might need.

We had a sister’s retreat at this home. Everything was so comfortable for all 8 of us. The home was clean. The homeowners had almost anything you could think of available for guests. You probably could stay here and only pack clothes and a toothbrush. They had so many personal touches to make our stay special. I would recommend this home to anyone. We are already planning another trip.

Easter Weekend in Northwest Arkansas

We couldn’t have chosen a better house for our long weekend with dear friends in the beautiful town of Bentonville. House layout & location made everything easy, more time to make memories :-) We would stay here in the future & recommend you do too !

Great house in a fun city

My family of 7 loved staying at this property. It was so much better than staying in a hotel as we had previously done. Everyone had plenty of space to comfortably sleep and the kitchen was very well stocked so we could cook when we wanted to. We rented bikes and could get to great trails from the house. There was a cute firepit with firewood and fun yard games. The house had great spaces that we used throughout the stay.

Great location from Slaughter Pen trails. Owners made it a breeze to check in. Great patio to hand with friends plotting the next days ride!!!!

Great house close to everything

The house and location are great! We had a group of 9 mountain bikers ride 4 days and this was a fantastic home base. Spacious home, well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking space and a garage for convenient overnight bike storage!

Mid September Adults Only Weekend

This property is so charming and inviting....the pictures didn't do it justice!! We had plenty of room and there is a lot of hanging out space indoors and out! The location was perfect- close to the trails and the square The! The owners are so easy to work with...delightful people! Recommend 100%.

House was large over three floors with three bedrooms one large bath on top floor, living room, den dining, , kitchen and one bath on ground floor and master bedroom with bath on lowest level. Neighborhood Market and a Harps Grocery extremely close.

Great House.... Great Neighborhood... Everything we needed

This was a wonderful, unique house. The backyard was quiet and the entire property was beautifully maintained. We cooked at the house on several occasions. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. The week was very hot, and the additional A/C units in the upper rooms were extremely appreciated. Sherry, the home owner, communicated very well. She also allowed us to have a late check-out. Everyone in my party agreed that if we return to Bentonville in the future, this is the home we want to stay at. Thanks Sherry!!

Natural Active

Natural Active is a wonderful home. This home exceeded our expectations. The location offers privacy and great proximity to area trails and Bentonville amenities. There were more than ample notes and instructions to easily access and understand everything necessary to enjoy our visit. The home layout is perfect for group stays.

Fabulous home in quiet neighborhood

This was our first time to stay in Bentonville and we are so happy we chose Sherry's home. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 5 with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The lower-level bed & bath was a perfect get away from the kids! The kitchen was great for cooking and includes a bar and table seating for up to 7. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of extra touches. The family room had great comfy couches & large screen TV. Outside patio is shaded with table, chairs and outside grill. The boys were mountain biking and the garage was perfect for the bikes, with an outside hose for clean-up. The washer and dryer made things so easy.. The location is close to sites, but in a secluded neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this lovely home!

Perfect location!

Lovely home with gorgeous outdoor setting. Perfect distance from all the trails! Close to everything. And Sherry was a delight with communication & hospitality! We’ll definitely seek out this home again when we come to Bentonville!
