Benwick Hotellit

”The parking was easy and free, the staff could of been more friendly and more helpful, the rooms and hotel look worn out and the carpet in the room had dirt”

”Really enjoyed the stay as normal Service experience excellent Room comfortable Food was good but think it needs a change”

”The staff were really friendly and the room was really well appointed and clean. The breakfast was good too. The only drawback with this property is that the rooms are upstairs in a SUPER busy pub. There was a disco downstairs until 2am which there was no escaping from. Thankfully we were out at an event until late so we didn’t have to put up with it for too long and it was quiet once everyone had left.”

”Free parking Breakfast poor Hotel in neeed of refurbishment. In poor condition Fraying carpets and cleanliness not good Room 25 was cold Even with heating on.Very draughty.Too cold to have shower heated towel rail not working Staff indifferent”

”Hotel and staff were excellent.I had a bad experience at another hotel in Peterborough that didn’t accommodate my disabled friend well. I booked this at very short notice and they could not be more accommodating. Hotel was spotless, food excellent. The onsite restaurant was absolutely delicious- it’s a grill/steak restaurant- very high quality. Will definitely return.”

”Excellent dinner and delicious breakfast. The staff were very accommodating when we asked for a dessert off menu. Wonderful strong shower. The plumbing in England keeps getting better.”

”Hotelli itsessään oli kaunis ja palvelu hyvää. Aamiainen tuotiin huoneeseen aamulla.

”Lovely location, friendly staff and reasonably priced food. The premises itself would benefit from some updating.”

”The room smelled musty and all night long there was banging and noise as we were on the ground floor right next to reception area and entrance. Didnt notice how bad until we went to bed. At 211:90 pm, 1:00 am went to front desk to complain or change room but no one there. It was a terrible experience. Will not stay there again - it made it worse that we drove for 5 hours to get there to attend a funeral in the morning.”

”Excellent service”
