We've used to wipe clean by ourselves all the surfaces even in 5-stars hotels in this part of the World but over the past 7 years this was the first time when we didn't need to do so. There is one small road to the beach (5-10 min walk) and to the main road there is only 1 min walk (you can walk this way to and from the beach in the evening, which I did).
