”The place was clean and as expected. I didn’t get any check in information and when I reached out 2 hours before check in I got a response saying I’d get information 24-48 hours before check in. I called at 4 which was check in time and left a few messages on the app but didn’t get a response back until after 5pm with the code to get in. Otherwise the space was great.”

”This is a stunning, beautifully decorated, well stocked house with a view and an incredible river access point. We spent the days just lounging about in the river chatting with the occasional kayaker who passed by, sitting by the firepit at night, and playing games on the beautiful screened-in porch. Two fridges, games in the basement, easy water access - might be one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever had. Already planning on booking again for next year.”

I met my cousin here. It was half way between Pittsburgh and DC. We picked a bad few days, in that everything is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That gave us a lot of quiet time to relax”

”I stayed at this cabin with three friends to celebrate our 60th birthday year. The cabin is in a quiet peaceful setting yet is convenient to Berkeley Springs and nearby Cacapon State Park. We hiked the trails each day and enjoyed the property. Our dog loved the acreage to run and explore the many sights and smells. Chris was an amazing host. He was very attentive and informative. One in Cacapon and one in Berkeley. Make sure you enter the one in Cacapon! Otherwise amazing amazing amazing!”

The beds were clean and comfortable with at least memory foam toppers. The two full baths are both upstairs but are both well appointed, towels/hand towels could have been better stocked.
