”I thought the property was great for families because it did have the option of a basketball court, a tennis court and a volleyball court. There was also an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. My room was not comfortable at all. I took a two bedroom suite and the mattresses were terrible. It was very difficult to sleep comfortably. The tennis court was always in use. I would suggest they build more tennis courts and outdoor play space. The indoor pools and hot tubs were great. I would only suggest...

”I have never complained about a hotel before however, Soto was quite overpriced for what it was. The young female bartender was extremely inhospitable and rude to my friend and to another couple. She actually sneered l. The front desk woman seemed utterly harassed when we checked in—no smiles, no welcome.. just an awful experience. There was a smell of faint sewage or something foul in the lobby and halls and they were trying to cover it up with the use of scented air fresheners… No apology...
