I recomend this hotel
Really good option in Berlin, if you want to stay near Alexanderplatz. The Nikolai quarter in it self is also nice. The hotel was clean with modern rooms. Altogether a fery pleasant surprice. I recomend this hotel 👍

Erittäin siisti. Huone oli tilava. Tervetuliaisjuomat jäivät saamatta. Huoneessa oli mahdollista keittää kahvia, mutta kahvijauhetta oli ihan liian vähän. Kokonaisuuttena voin kyllä ehdottomasti suositella. Hyvä sijainti: Rauhallinen ympäristö, mutta kuitenkin hyvin keskellä kaikkea.

Loistava sijainti
Aamupalaa ei saa, mutta vieressä useita pikku kahviloita. Suurin puute ilmastoinnin puuttuminen, talvella ikkunoiden aukipito ei oikein toimi. Hiljainen ja siivous päivittäin. Sijainti loistava, julkiset lähellä ja vieressäkin paljon nähtävää. Huoneemme ikkunasta näkyi tv- ja raatihuoneen torni.

Mahtava uusi vuosi
Todella hyvä sijainti ja hotellihuone siisti ja uusi. Saimme henkilökunnalta vielä uuden vuoden aattona pullon kuohuvaa, kruunasi muutenkin hyvän palvelun! Menisin ehdottomasti uudelleen tähän hotelliin.

Erinomainen valinta
Erittäin hyvä sijainti, paljon nähtävää ihan kävelymatkan päässä. Juna-, metro- ja bussi- sekä raitiovaunupysäkit lähellä. Hotellin henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Huoneisto siisi ja mukava, tosin osa sängyistä olisi voinut olla vaikka nojatuoleja. Aamupalaa ei ollut saatavilla hotellista, joten se oli pieni puute. Tosin lähellä kyllä oli ravintoloita,joista sai hyvää aamisaista.

Externally small, but very comfortable hotel, in a nice and rather quiet area. Our room was big and tidy, seemingly one of the biggest available, and had a modern bathroom, matching the pictures. Service was very friendly, better than in most of the places we visited in Berlin, both in attitude and language skills. Room had coffee, water heater and a minibar, which were great. I could definitely return here again. The only downside was that the hotel stuff didn't seem to know what Berlin City Tax really means, and wasn't prepared to reduce that from the bill, due to room being reserved via "travel agent" (=HC). Hotels do not own that money anyways. Didn't want to spend too much time on that as the amount was insignifant.

This was a great hotel for our first time in Berlin. The restaurant suggestion was spot on. We walked to Museum Island and stopped in a few shops. Parking was secure and close by.

We had a fantastic stay at hotel Nikolai Residence and were very warmly welcomed by Joel who was so helpful! We loved our very spacious room which was perfect for a family of four and the breakfast was very good. It was easy to walk everywhere, and close to some lovely restaurants. I highly recommend it!

I was in this hotel with my family last week. My family (3 children and 2 adults) stayed for 7 nights. Central location to all main attractions. All the receptionists were very friendly and attentive, especially the girl who checked us in on Saturday 10/02 where we stayed only one night (She is the best receptionist/employee, always kind and tries to help with the our needs). Clean, spacious room, but very small fridge, with small bath towels impossible to use, I used them as a tea towel to dry the floor. Bathroom slippers provided without providing a bathrobe? Incredible!!!! The mattress and pillows are too soft and caused me back problems. Overpriced parking that is not worth €20, because the door to enter the hotel from the parking lot is only opened from the inside, without a lift, with a dangerous access staircase (my husband hurt his neck because of this staircase) and if I arrive by car after 10pm I have to turn around and catch the rain with my suitcase. I booked a triple room again for one night on 02/15 (my wedding anniversary), paying €286 in advance because it was the only one available on the site, we arrived at the hotel and we were assigned a single room. We stayed with the receptionist with our bags for 45 minutes who said the system made a mistake in finding our triple room, trying to give us a room that had opened and was already occupied by people coming out of the shower . He apologized saying that the system cannot see the rooms already occupied !!!!!

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and we were thrilled with the location! Easy access to the train, busses, and we never had a problem getting an Uber. We were surrounded by so many Christmas markets that were easy to walk to. There is also a really nice laundromat close by, and our room was always nicely put together when we returned at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Nikolai is in a small little village tucked away in the middle of Berlin’s center. You can feel the old flair from the small cobblestone streets that are only for pedestrians. At the same time, walk three minutes and you’re out in Berlin, close to wonderful sights and the beginning of a great walking tour down the main strip that leads all the way to Brandenburg gate. The train stop nearby does straight to Berlin HBF, which is convenient too. Lots of restaurant options! The staff is extremely friendly. The room is modern and clean.

The hotel is nice for just a place to rest while you sightsee. My room was located on the side of the main road, so it was very noisy all the time. Overall decent stay, no complaints.

Great value, friendly and helpful staff, clean, safe, and a short walk to Alexanderplatz, Berlin TV Tower, Museum Island. The hotel was located in a quiet courtyard next to the Nikolai Church with a gated parking lot inside the courtyard (18 Eur / night). I was able to go in and out of the parking, although I decided not to drive during my visit. The hotel is pet friendly (10 Eur / night) and the staff even gave us some doggy snacks! Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Plenty of hot water pressure for 3 adults. Not sure what else to say. I would certainly come back if I plan on staying in the area again.

We stayed in the large family room which was perfect for my friends and I. The reception staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Very accessible to do some sightseeing. We were however a little disappointed that the restaurant was only open for breakfast although we found a lovely restaurant nearby

This place is very nice and the staff is very friendly. Keep in mind there is not air conditioned. There is a tower but I don’t think it’s good enough for the summer time. Luckily I was there in September

It was very close to all major transportation lines. There also were a lot of options to eat around there and a very cute little neighborhood to shop. The area had a nice place to work and good wifi. There was no AC, but a fan was provided.
