rentoudu ja nauti kauniista ympäristöstä
Erittäin miellyttävä hotelli rauhallisessa ympäristössä Tiergartenin puiston laidalla. Ympäristö tarjoaa loistavan tilaisuuden nauttia puistokävelyistä ja aamulenkeistä. Lähettyvillä oleva ravintolatarjoilu on varsin niukkaa, hotellin oma ravintola todella hyvä ja laadukas, joskin hieman hintava. Lähimmälle metroasemalle oli jonkin verran matkaa. Ostosmahdollisuuksista KaDeWe ja Kurfürstendamm olivat kohtuullisen lähellä. Palvelu hotellissa oli kaiken kaikkiaan ystävällistä ja korkeatasoista. Spa-osasto ja kuntosali olivat kaikille vieraille vapaassa käytössä. Kuntosalin varustelutaso on varsin niukka. Huoneet ovat tilavia, siistejä ja hyvin varusteltuja. Huoneestamme oli näkymä vieressä olevaan eläintarhaan. Sopii hyvin rauhallista ja rentouttavaa lomaa etsiville. Voisimme ehdottomasti vierailla täällä myös uudelleen.

Lovely boutique style hotel with aspects that should not apply to a 5 star establishment. Had to ask housekeeping to replenish coffee capsules everyday, should really be done without asking. Waitress asked me to sign a breakfast tab each day, on checkout I was told that she had charged the incorrect amount on one of the days. Rather than acknowledge that this was their mistake and accept it they insisted that I pay the additional 84euros on a final bill of 3700 euros, not really a great experience.

The property is beautiful! Located on a quiet street across from an entrance to the Tiergarten and next to the Zoo, it is tranquility defined. The building is gorgeous, the rooms are generous, the design is top-notch, and the staff is the BEST! We loved Victoria, Julian, the concierge, the cleaning manager— everyone was top of the top. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Berlin!

Sehr teuer, dafür nicht so toll. Eher auf schick gemacht, aber die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr unpraktisch. Auf den ersten Blick alles sauber, wenn man genauer hinschaut, wurde unterm Bett oder neben dem Waschbecken nicht gut geputzt. Schade war auch, dass die Pilze beim Frühstück aus dem Glas kamen. Von einem 5 Sterne hotel bin ich besseres gewohnt. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind aber sehr sehr nett und höflich.

Beautiful building with interesting common parts. Horribly designed, impractical rooms. Shaving mirror attached to wall so you need to lean around sink to use it. Bedside control panel behind bedhead, so you have to get out of bed to use it. Phone charging unit and USB point not working. Aircon made strange intermittent noises. Staff very nice but so amateur. Worst club sandwich I have ever had. Expedia discount on food had not been applied to bill at check out. Had to ask for this. Hotel location remote, in a residential area. No local shops or restaurants. In short, a triumph of style over substance.

Generally, your Expedia F& B discount should have been granted to you without being asked. The fact that this did not happen in your case is certainly not the rule at Das Stue. Please accept our apologies that our colleague, who is still quite new, made this mistake. He also regrets this incident very much and will make further efforts to improve in the future. We have already discussed the deficiencies you pointed out in the areas of technology and culinary in detail in the corresponding teams and will also take measures for improvement here.
