Kotoisa ja siisti hotelli keskeisellä paikalla
Viivyimme 5 vrk joulukuun alkupuolella. Tulimme sukulaisiamme tapaamaan ja halusimme yöpyä lähellä heitä hyvien yhteyksien päässä ja samalla lähellä asemaa, josta suora junayhteys Zürichin lentokentälle. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Saavuimme suht. aikaisin ja saimme huoneen etuajassa. Olemme hyvin tyytyväisiä hotelliin.

We like this hotel clean and very accessible to train station and stores. Breakfast are good lots of options and the staff are very nice.

I liked our stay, it was nice and comfortable. the rooms seem a little bit dated, and the yellow bulb lighting didn't do much to make the room more inviting. that's all. staff were all friendly and helpful.

We really liked the staff and the amenities. The only reason I would dock one star is for the length of time between requests made and service workers completing them. For example, it was difficult to request more towels or toilet paper without waiting a few hours at a time. This could have been a cultural difference from how things are done in the states, but everyone was very friendly and hospitable otherwise.

Great Location
Nice hotel in a great location. Room itself was a little on the small side for the price paid. Room was available early which was a bonus and they stored our luggage for us after check out while we continued to explore the city.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war bei jeder Begegnung super! Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und nur einen Katzensprung vom Bahnhof entfernt, ist umschlagbar. Überall sind Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Zimmer wartet mit eigener Nespresso-Maschine und Tee auf, auch war Wasser zur Verfügung in der Minibar. Diese Annehmlichkeiten rechtfertigen sicher laut Sterne-Guide die 4 Sterne. Es ist jedoch auf den Etagen und im Zimmer selbst ein gewisser Renervierungsstau nicht von der Hand zu weisen. Der Stoffbezug an der Wand vom Bett war z.B. teils abgewetzt. Schlecht hat der Zimmerservice abgeschnitten: ein Mal wurde eine Toilettenpapierrolle mit 3 Blättern - hübsch gefaltet - hängen gelassen und ein anderes Mal wurde keine zweite Rolle nachgelegt. Außerdem hingen an der Wand mit der Dachschräge seit meiner Ankunft Staubfussel auf Augenhöhe und die hängen da sicherlich auch schon noch viel länger. Da wird nicht richtig danach hingeguckt, schade. Nur weil eine Wand nicht zum Standard-Putzprogramm gehört, kann man das nicht einfach außer Acht lassen.

Overall a nice place, with great location.
Nice hotel, staff were extremely friendly, great location, very close to the station and the old town, breakfast was nice. Room was basic but had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again

Comfortable hotel, great area, noisy guests
The hotel was comfortable we had an issue with the tv in our room a d got upgraded to a larger room. However we did have to deal with noisy neighbours and loud music at 3am one of the nights. Not the hotels fault and reception were quick to shut it down.

Excelente, porém m fui roubado no quarto.
Staff muito educados, simpaticos e gentis. Café da manhã muito bom e localização perfeita, perto de tudo. Infelizmente, fomos roubados no quarto . Quem fez a limpeza roubou a cinta de de proteção da minha mala. Ao comunicarmos ao recepcionista ele foi atencioso e foi verifcar com quem fez a limpeza do quarto. Só que logicamente, ela negou e nada foi provado. Cheguei com a cinta da mala e sai sem ela. Acho que honestidade dos funcionários da limpeza tem que ser muito bem controlada.

Great property with terrific and quiet rooms. Breakfast was great. It’s in the heart of the town so very convenient to train, restaurants, shopping and the daily market- but quiet and private. Staff was superb. Great outside space to have a drink after dinner. Would stay there again when we return to Bern! Outstanding!

Modern hotel close to train station
Charming hotel within walking distance to the train station and the old town of Bern. The reception staff are so friendly, warm and helpful. Good breakfast. The rooms are very modern , could do with a touch more lighting.

Not at NH Standards. Rooms are furnished with cheap forniture. During the second day of stay (a Sunday) the room was poorly cleaned. The worst was that the Bar of the Hotel is not running in Sunday so you can not eat nor drink absolutely nothing all the day. It is not a 4 stars hotel at all.

Simple clean convenient. We stayed on the Swiss national day and the property was one block away from where a stage was set up for bands. So we could hear the celebration all the way through midnight. So maybe soundproof could use some improvement.

Really enjoyed staying in Bristol. Had a Boutique Hôtel feel. Checking and checkout was pretty easy and straightforward, staff were knowledgeable and friendly and responsive. Area is very convenient, just a block to the station but in the middle of the old city and walkable everywhere. Felt safe and was quiet at night overall.
