”We stayed at the Waldhotel for two nights where we enjoyed hiking and the amazing scenic views of the Alps. Hotel had breathtaking views of the Alps. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and updated. We did have a challenge figuring out all of the electronics to get the lights on and shades closed.”

”Great staff very helpful. They upgraded our room upon arrival which I don’t believe ever requesting. There were nice perks included like tooth brush toothpaste, and several other bathroom supplies. Several drinks were included, and chocolate was included. Beds were clean and comfy, room was clean. Staff was great in helping make accommodations for taxi ride to the train station. Breakfast was mediocre, but there are great restaurants just a short walk away. ”

”Very good service from staff, very helpful. We arrived after the reception closed but the staff waited for us so we had a good welcoming. Staff helped us get around.
