”Room was clean , bed was as well but the bathroom shower was moldy around the tub area and could check tje weather by looking out under the door....needs some up keep... and maybe some night security as there was a argument on the far end on the 1st floor every night we came back from the track...staff during the day was fine .”

”The staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious. My room was clean daily . I will definitely visit again soon. If you're ever in the area and looking for a nice clean hotel I highly recommend them”

”This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in…only positive wa the staff….condition of the room was terrible…the tv was very old and didn’t have a clear picture….AC was loud and didn’t work properly…i didn’t attempt to eat the breakfast because of the hotel/room conditions…i asked about a room change and a staff member told me basically they are all going n the same condition….missing tiles on the floor, unpainted walls….no stopper in bathroom sink which had a horrible smell…..the room...

”Friendly staff. Only negative is that the hotel is close to the train station and you can hear trains going by at night. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance.”

”We loved the Hotel Florence! It was our 1st visit to Florence..everyone we met were very nice. Loved the Cru Wine & Tap located in Hotel. Also ate at Victor's in the hotel it was delicious. Walkable to other shops, restaurants & bars.”

”Location is terrible…bad neighborhood…stained floor …bathroom door hard to close and not locking properly…refrigerator freezer frozen up…was not told about $100 additional deposit until I was checking in and then I had to say over and over that I wanted proof that I had given the receptionist the $100 cash because she insisted that she didn’t have a receipt to give me but finally wrote $100 on my paperwork…I have a reservation for returning back home from vacation and I am canceling it and...

”The floor was dirty. The fridge was nasty and smelly. The bedsheets had paint and big yellow stains all over it! Very disgusting place!”

”No door lock, toddlers feet were black bc the room was dirty, AC unit didn’t work, manger tried to take my key card after concerns and give my room away with the items still in the room. Phone in room didn’t work, the fumes of paint were nauseating ”
