”The Staff are amazing ! I normally come back to the home (or to the Hotel ) late after work, the night staff are amazing, Billy and Mitch are super friendly, very helpful and great for a bit of a chat. These Guy's have made my stay so nice and welcoming I even call it 'Going Home to the Hotel'. This is a top spot for friendly warm atmosphere with a personal touch and great sense of of being welcome. Highly recommended. Thank Billy, Mitch, Helen and all the staff ! Top Marks ! ”

”This is a fantastic pub to stay and dine at. 4 nights here with wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Excellent staff, great evening menu and food. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope. The yoghurt is a cheap sweetened option only and limited fruit. All can...

”Hotelli on lähellä kaikkia kauppat. Auton pysäköinti on helppoa. Itse hotelli on rakenettu 1700 luvulla ja historiallinen. Huonemme oli iso ja mukava. Ainoa puute oli pieni jääkaapi. Palvelu toimii. Ravintola ja ruokka on hyvä ja väki kohteliatta ja mukavia. Huulen heittoa toimii. Hissi ei ole mutta laukumme oli viettu huoneseen. Suositelemme.”

”Excellently managed room, secondary glazing so absolutely no noises from the road. Slept very well, but i do think a kingsize bed would fit in the room. It could be a slight squeeze, in the main, very comfortable. Shower room absolutely spotless. Breakfast was super. Nicely cooked full english as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc.., not too much on the plate but enough for a full day ahead. Good selection of teas.. A real find as we enjoyed a christmas ball at Goodwood. If we come over this...

”The hotel was fabulous. The rooms were spacious, the staff were hospitable and helpful. It was very welcoming of our dogs and the food was lovely. It was perfect for a mini break as both mine and my husbands interests were catered for. The Art foundation had a grest exhibition and my husband loved visiting the aerodrome and race track. We loved the spa too.”
