âWe were expecting a hot tub and there wasnât one. The room was cold and took a good hour before it got comfortable. The tv was very old and outdated. The remote for the tv didnât work even after changing the batteries. When I went to take my shower the water was squirting out of the shower head all over the bathroom floor and the tub was filling up because there was a clogged drain and the tub became all slimy. We went to the office and all they did was say we can change your room and the room...

âMy friend and I just wanted to get away for the night! So we only stayed one night but we hung out on the hot tub made friends and had a blast! The hotel is great. I didnât have the breakfast cause I slept in. The shower is awesome. The water pressure was amazing. I didnât give it a five stars just because five would be perfectâ

âWe arrived on time for check in 3:00PM, but was informed by manager that my room wasnât ready due to short staff, staff had a death in the family. The manager said it should be ready in 20 minutes, The time is now 3:25PM. I asked the manager again, was the room ready, she told me, âthat the room needed to be inspected. I said did anything happen in the room ? She said,No! after the rooms are clean there policy the rooms need to be inspected.
