”Having been fortunate enough to travel quite a bit over the years, I’ve stayed in my share of hotels. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that since COVID, the hospitality experience has changed in many places. Too often, it seems the focus has shifted away from guest comfort and genuine customer service. I’ve encountered rooms that were less than clean, overlooked details, and an overall lack of attention to the little things that make a stay enjoyable.
That all changed this weekend at the Garrison...

”Very nice accommodations and great hot breakfast. Housekeeping in breakfast clean up was a bit rude when it was time for her to clean. We had a table by ourselves playing cards and she said we had to move so she could mop but then she just drug the mop over the floor and didn’t even mop where we were. Overall very nice stay”

”When it came time to use the shower, I realized there was no shower curtain at all. Sure, I could have called housekeeping and asked for it but I spent $150 for the night and lost my patience for that. I told front desk when I check out- got a sorry & and smile, but no suggestion on some reimbursement for the inconvenience.”

”Property is well maintained and rooms are clean and in good order upon arrival.
Like a lot of hotels they have gone to full cleanings every three days rather than daily but did respond to daily requests such as towels and tissue. We’ve stayed here before and will likely do so again”
