”The hotel is ideally situated at the edge of the New Forest. The staff - especially the manager - were very helpful and nice. The room had been freshly renovated and was spacious, great towels, nice bathroom and nice view onto the landscape. We also had dinner there and it was really delicious. ”

The breakfast buffet is quite good (fresh, hot scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potato crisp) and french press coffee is served at your table. There is no dinner service. The bar offers bags of chips, and you can sit outside on the terrace or walk out to the river gazebo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.”
