”Ein super Hotel für ein kurzes Transit in Almaty ”

”Well, a little bit divided experience. I chose this hotel because it was one of closest to the airport, and it had free airport shuttle. Later I found out, that the free airport shuttle is for arrival only, but it's ok, especially when the driver was on of most effecive taxi drivers ever. ”Good business hotel, clean and with friendly staff. Good location. Bed ok, pillow a bit uncomfortable (not very soft). Bathroom & shower good. Rooms too hot inside as usual in KZ but window can be opened. Breakfast is large in quantity, but quality could be better (especially breads, cheeses). Still, overall price/quality ratio on a good level. I have kept going back and still intent to do so in the future as well. ”

”Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments...

”Ok place to stay, although the age of the hotel can be seen. As in most hotels in Kazakhstan, keeping the breakfast warm is big challenge. Location is nice.”

”The outlook of the building does not really indicate is as a hotel. Lifts can be a little slow. However, the rooms are clean. The restaurant on the roof top offers a great view of Almaty city with the mountains around the city. ”

”The hotel facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. I used room 901, and the TV and single sofa were placed far apart. The iPad was not mirrored on the smart TV. Other than that, I was satisfied and would use it again.”
