Äskettäin päivitetty 4 makuuhuoneen 3. 5 kylpyhuoneen päätylaitekoti, joka nukkuu mukavasti 11 Bethany Shores -yhteisössä. Nauti kävellen kaikesta, mitä Bethany Beachillä on tarjota, mukaan lukien upeat paikalliset ravintolat, rantatie, keskustakaupat ja tietenkin - ranta! Anna tämän kodin olla hiljainen rannikkoalueesi retriitti, jossa on paljon luonnonvaloa, avoin pohjaratkaisu ja yksityinen kansi, joka on täysin puiden suljettu. Tärkeimmässä olohuoneessa on avoin pohjaratkaisu keittiön ruokailun yhteydessä kaikilla uusilla ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, päivitetyllä valaistuksella ja olohuoneeseen avautuvan suuren maalaistalopöydän välillä. Olohuoneessa on ylisuuri kietoutuva sohvalla, jossa on ulosvedettävä queen-vuode ja kaasutakka. Olohuoneesta ulottuu takaisin iso yksityinen takakansi, joka on täydellinen auringonottoon, rapujen säröilyyn ja ilta-cocktaileihin ystävien kanssa.

It was a lovely house-- an en suite, 2 additional bedrooms & 1 additional bath up, second en suite down, nice sized living space on main floor, lovely porch blocked from main road by trees (though you can still hear road); all the beach stuff you could possibly need, fully stocked kitchen; toys, games, and kid stuff. Location as convienent as you can get for being on west side of route 1: an 11 minute walk to beach and an18 minute walk to boardwalk; we had no problems walking-- I couldn't imagine parking by the beach unless you got there very early in the day. You could easily drop folks off though. Tons of restaraunts, ice cream, etc. nearby. Beach far less crowded than up by boardwalk. Beware that they keep this house bare-- in addition to supplying sheets and towels you have to supply *everything* else. There was half a container of hand soap in the entire house, no dish or laundry detergent, paper towels, kleenex, garbage bags, and less than a roll of toilet paper per bathroom; also no welcome instructions and the basket of local menus, etc. was years out of date. We had to reach out to host to get check- in instructions. Felt a bit impersonal and sparse.Hosts reacted quickly to plumbing issue we encountered when we arrived.

Short walk to the beach!

Clean, very short walk to the beach. Place was very clean, only need bed sheets & towels. Of note, bring toliet paper & hand soap. Great stuff to go to the beach & additional young kids silverware/dinnerware.

Superb hospitality/Convenient location

House was perfect for our week long family vacation. Location was within walking distance to the beach. Many restaurant choices were also within walking distance, mini golf, and convenience stores. Owners were great at communicating with us anytime we made contract. This is a great house for any family and we highly recommend.

Beautiful decor, spacious and bright place, the end unit is quiet and parking was convenient. The location was perfect...10 min walk to the beach and easy walk to downtown. We will definitely be checking early to book here again!!

Beautiful beach house rental

Really enjoyed our stay at this house! It is beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. It poured for our entire beach weekend but we didn’t mind spending all of our time here. Very flexible and accommodating hosts. The only thing we wish we had known before the night of the trip was that linens are not included. Definitely book this house!

The house was the perfect size for our family. 4 bedrooms and 31/2 baths , nice walk to the beach.. Jamie was very open to helping out with our questions, she was available when ever I text her. Would stay here again.

George's Memorial Service

Need to know no sheets or towels. That is why I picked this one. We all were traveling on planes across the country. Did not want to bring or rent them. Other than that everything was fine. Emeregency button went off one time when we opened garage. We managed to get it off. Thank you. Do need to get rid of some stuff. Cabinets full.

Home At The Beach

My family and I loved this home. It is clean and comfortable with a beautiful beach feel throughout. It is thoughtfully appointed to suit everything a family would need. Jeremy and Jaime have thought of everything. We would all love to come back again.

Mini Family Vacation and Local Virtual Conference

Due to Covid, our vacation plans and a business trip were cancelled for the summer. So we turned this week into a mini family vacation during the first half of the week and a business trip the second half of the week. We liked the location of the property and being able to check in/out Sunday - Sunday. The Living room and Kitchen/Dining area were much smaller than we anticipated based on the pictures.

Great Home for a Beach Vacation

This property was great for our groups brief beach vacation. Check in was super simple and convenient with keyless entry. The home looks just like the photos, thoughtfully decorated and clean. It was spacious enough for 8 adults + small children to have plenty of room to sleep comfortably, eat meals together and relax without feeling cramped. I really loved how all light switches were labeled for your convenience! We especially appreciated the items provided on site for children such as a high chair, children’s plates & cups and beach toy we found in the garage. The proximity to the beach was absolutely wonderful. Because we were traveling with children we chose to drive the quick 4 minutes to the beach. Public parking was in big demand but it didn’t take too long to secure. One person in our party walked to the beach and shared that it was an easy 15 minute walk. From beginning to end, the owner Jamie was very responsive and communicated promptly and professionally to all inquiries. We had no reason to reach out during our stay, but I felt that Jamie was easily accessible if needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this location again!

Beautiful home to stay in.

My family of 4, plus one friend stayed in this beautiful home at Bethany. Before arriving we were a teeny bit concerned that the walk to the beach was going to be too much. Our concerns were quickly put to rest when we got there - the walk was easy and the beach accessible. The house has all of the comforts of home, down to ample silverware! The furniture is comfortable (sofa, beds, chairs) and the place is spacious. We felt like we had plenty to spread out and even entertained two couples on two different nights. The owners and responsive and kind. We would stay at this property again, for sure.

We enjoyed the week at the beach. The place looks like the pictures. The walk to the beach is not the best - there's a place where there's a lot of traffic and no sidewalks. We had a problem with a door lock. The owner helped us out quickly. We were totally satisfied. Thank you!

Wonderful visit

We rented this townhouse for a family vacation with 7 adults and 4 children. 11 of us fit comfortably into the home! We were blown away with how beautifully it was decorated and how clean it was. It was very family friendly - there was a high chair, toys and movies, and even a baby gate. Since we had small children, we drove to the beach every day and it was maybe a 2 minute drive and we never had issues finding parking. Shops, restaurants, and even a cute fountain for kids to play in are just a short walk away. The owner was very responsive and kind and had lots of beach chairs, toys, and a beach cart for us. We loved it here and would love to come again!

Fantastic Week !

We just returned from a week and had a great time. Jaime ( Owner) was very responsive to any questions we had prior to and during the stay. The home was a short walk from the beach which at first I was a little concerned, but turned out to be fine. The home was very nice and comfortable ( exactly as the pictures depict). Having the 3rd full bath was nice ( had a party of 9) .
