”Lovely visit”

”Property was under construction in the parking areas. We could park on the street at this time of year, so it was ok. The staff was kind. The hotel amenities are basic, place to stay. There is a microwave and refrigerator in room. It is at the top of the boardwalk, completely walkable to the main boardwalk area. A little park behind the hotel with a pond was a nice break from the windy ocean side. Really worked for a quick weekend. ”

”We were not pleased with our stay unfortunately. There was a lot of construction going on which we were unaware of when we booked our stay. The construction workers were using the only elevator available. Our room had exposed sprinklers in both the living area as well as the bathroom. Our sink drain also didn’t work so the water was rising and staying in the sink causing us to have to use the toilet to brush our teeth over which is extremely unsanitary. The A/C didn’t stay on in the room so we...

”Beautiful ocean view. Easy access to the beach. Spacious room and fully equipped kitchenette. Exactly what we wanted!”

”The good : The location could not be better. The hot tub was also very nice The bad: The beds were uncomfortable and I don't believe they were queen size. The pull out sofa bed was terrible,with a very thin mattress. The street noise woke us up every morning at 5am. Also, there was a alarm or something like one going off in another room every 5 seconds for the duration of our trip. They could not locate the cause of the noise ”

”We went during March so the weather was not warm yet but booked because I found a great deal and wanted to check out this hotel. Overall the grounds are nice. The bedroom was smaller than expected. Location is great with being right on the beach. Breakfast was typical since it was free. The pool was somewhat heated but not really but overall my kids were able to enjoy.”

”This hotel has been perfect for us! Rooms are clean, staff is great! We travel with our two dogs, while we are building a new home in the area, this hotel is dog friendly and has their own private dog park. It works perfectly! Will never stay anywhere else! They are a 10+”

”I am finishing my training in Lewes and always stay at the Hyatt House as it is such a great place to stay. Love it. ”

”This is a solid, not fancy place almost directly on the beach. It is less than 5 minute walk to the beach and to several restaurants. The hotel is showing its age but is well maintained. The beds are comfortabl. The rooms are a good size. Parking in the ramp near the room was a nice feature. The shower wasnt great, both in terms of water pressure/ shower head and also water splashing out. It was just what we needed for the night we were passing through. Great value.”

”Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed at check in to have a great stay regarding hot tubs and restaurants and bars. The room was extremely clean. The atmosphere here was so inviting and relaxing. My favorites were the parrots in the lobby and the indoor/outdoor heated pool—and the outside fire pit at the restaurant —-and the roof with two hot tubs and the relaxing pub!! So many wonderful things at this hotel!! ...

”The customer service is excellent. Definitely a draw to return on future trips. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast choice could be improved, but it is currently satisfactory. ”
