Someone came up and told us to turn the faucet to the right and let it run 15 minutes, we let it run one hour we still never got hot water. . I know the building was under renovation so maybe there was an issue there that will be corrected.”

”The check-in process is a major hassle to be honest. Too many protocols, uploading your ID, etc. etc. it’s pretty tedious. They also don’t provide a complementary late checkout even though the state is about a quarter of 1000 at least they are very strict about the checkout time as well and you have to pay an extra $64 just to stay an hour more. ”The check in process was easy, I had email trouble and called the property and they helped me out immediately. The AC was nice and cold and the room was perfect with a great walkable location to historic sites and our concert venue at Union Transfer. Great stay!”

”The room was absolutely beautiful and pristine! Beautiful modern design choices, with lovely extra touches (cocktail set, nice kitchen appliances, etc). The partnership with the beach concierge was amazing — just walk across the street and they set up an umbrella and chairs for you. The beach is super close and gorgeous, and everything in town is a 5-15 min walk away. We didn't get in our car once all weekend! Great location, great rooms, and every room has a spacious balcony or front porch....

”Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The beds look like they belong in an abandoned hospital, and the towels are old and worn out. The soap dispenser was completely empty and covered in orange mold. The hotel also feels extremely unsafe. Anyone can walk into the building, and there is rarely anyone at the front desk.
