”The two nights I stayed, the shower was unusable. Large amount of water trapped underneath tub. When I stood in tub, copious amounts of water would flood the bathroom. I complained to front desk and nothing was done. Two days, no working shower, mildew in bathroom, no door in the room would close properly, bathroom door deteriorated and unusable. ”This hotel was one of the worst we have stayed in. Front desk did not give any instructions for breakfast or pool times, did not have regular size towels available, no blankets for the pull-out bed. We arrived at our room to find the door not even shut all the way because it wouldn’t close unless yanked on. This allowed for bugs and flies to get into our room.
