”Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, clean and organized. Gave studio apartment vibes. Building was easy to find. Valet offered for onsite parking for an additional price.”

”I admit that I misread the option because I thought I got a 2 bed room. However, the room had to be changed because there's no elevators. I couldn't do steps. When we walked into the room the thermostat was set at 80° and took quite awhile to cool down. Also, I didn't know prior to check-in that there would be $100 security deposit. Should be posted or stated when making the reservation.”

”The main lobby smelt like animal pee, elevator was slow so we took the stairs most of the time. Neighborhood wasn’t super convenient, and the stay came with no parking details so you have to fend for yourself. You had to pay a $250 deposit hold when you got there (normal for a hotel) and for some reason the front desk kept pushing the one time $50 option that want refundable). The rooms were clean but you could tell common areas in the unit were cleaned just enough, hair ties left around, dust...

”Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

”It was private and quiet except for the subway going by outside. Since there is no front desk you get the entrance codes from an off site office. It took an hour of back and forth to get the codes. They kept sending dead links. The same at checkout. The floors needed cleaning. The bed was supposed to be a queen, it wasn’t. Or if it was it was the smallest queen ever. The bedroom window was broken so if there was a fire and you were trapped…. The staff was pleasant and took care of things on a...
