”Hotel is very clean. Good amenities, great courtyard, pool area, lobby, and hallways. Rooms are nice. It's located in a business district off the highway with a lot of restaurants and big box shopping, though not really a walking area. Local mall is close by for other options, and I noticed a track/casino about 2 miles up the road (didn't visit though). Would definitely re-book if I return to the area in the future.”

”Elevator from the parking garage to the lobby was not working rendering the hotel inaccessible. Have reviewed thus with hotel. Otherwise this is our go to spot.”

”The room was very nice and gets 5 stars with one exception. The toilet paper was in such an inconvenient spot you had to twist your arm almost behind your back to reach it. The toilet paper gets one star. Check-in was good with trolleys you could use to take things to your room The food was not great. Fish at dinner was very dry and the breakfast was bad. The scrambled eggs had a weird texture (possibly powdered). The coffee was dreadful. Almost everything came out of a machine. The breakfast...

”The ceiling/floors are very poorly insulated for sound so you hear every step from your neighbors above. It is so loud it almost seems amplified in the wall space. It's a shame because the hotel is otherwise nice. But this sound issue is so bad it is almost a joke. Completely unacceptable.”

”I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin.”

”The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”
