The overall experience was perfect. After some "initial problems" with getting the right room, we finally got the room what we reserved and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great time in Rome, enjoyed the amenities and service of the hotel and we highly recommend the hotel.
Looking forward to our next stay in Rome - most likely in this hotel!

The heat didn't work in the bedroom but as soon as I reported it they took care of the issue. The Sonesta is one of the best hotels in Newark! I have stayed there over 50 times in the past 4 years.

Everything was great EXCEPT breakfast on Thanksgiving morning. The hotel was full to capacity...I think. They have "breakfast made to order." Needless to say the line was very long and there was only one cook. We waited 30 min. to place our order...and they had run out of bacon. Sad. The next morning, ...
