”So close to the beach and activities.”

”Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.”

”There was no parking. Place smelled musty. Also smelled like marijuana. People washing beach towels off in the pool.”

”Everything was great. Only problem was the towels and bed. One out of the two towels there was a stain on it. The next day they changed the towels and there was a lipstick stain on one out of the two still. Noticed the bed is clean and was washed but there was hair on the sheets like stuck. Maybe the dryer needs cleaned.... so I used the cover from my car and slept on top of the covers.”

”I love the fact that the bedrooms are comfortable and clean, the passes to get umbrellas and chairs on the beach was free. The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good too. They also gave us a discount at the restaurant next-door, which was very casual and very good food. They charge for parking, which was a surprise, but when you get free umbrellas and chairs on the beach, good breakfast and all these other amenities, it makes up for it. I highly recommend...

”they were so strict with having guests over and the room was so small. overall bad experience staying with them will never go back there again. there was no staff in the office or anywhere in the lobby, had to go hunting for them.”

”Great family resort. Make sure you bring a kite to fly by the pond. Also there is a two malls across the street and a grocery store around the corner for those in cabins and rooms with kitchenettes. The outdoor pool is nice and for the little ones, there is a separate sprayground. Fresh towels and washcloths were delivered daily.”

”Was a little off put from older reviewers of bed bugs, but for me my stay was nice and clean no bugs or anything the pool was great i loved it a lot was very spacious this is a very nice and affordable place to stay at it close to everything with a shopping outlet and the beach is only 7 minutes away definitely would come again.”

”This is a very basic hotel. The shower was hot, the beds comfortable, the room was clean, and the beach was easy walking distance. Unfortunately, no one did anything about loud, disruptive behavior every night outside on hotel property. There was no coffee available early in the lobby and no coffee maker in the rooms.
