”Perfect stay! Second night there was a lot of yelling and ruckus going on, but one call to the front desk within 15 minutes, all had stopped. Got extra towels as requested and an extra blanket!”

”Place was a quick drive to the center of town. There is not much around the property, but the pool area and lounge outside is amazing. The beds were also very soft, clean and comfortable. Bathroom door did not close properly and toilet was wobbly. Overall our stay was good, we slept through a thunderstorm at night. We were on the first floor so that might be have been the reason. People are respectful and heard no noise at night from other rooms.”

”First, great hotel and even better location. Near many amenities for food or shopping choices. Hotel was clean and staff great. No issues. Lobby is extra-large with several seating areas. Outside seating area for smokers.”

”This is my second stay at this property. My first day was perfect. This day, however was very disappointing. When you pay for an ocean view room, you should be able to see out of the windows. One of the windows was absolutely filthy. I’m confident this didn’t happen overnight and it should’ve been addressed by their maintenance long ago.”

”Noise from the room above mine started at 11:00 p.m. and went on until 1:00 a.m. Nothing was done about it. TV service is terrible. The guide shows around 40 channels and less than half of them were available - none were anything I wanted to watch. Last year I stayed at the same hotel and had even worse TV problems - only a handful of channels were available. I was promised a $20 refund because of it but never received the money.”

”My daughter checked in her room at 2pm the bedroom and shower was never cleaned. It’s 120pm the following day and the room has not been cleaned from the previous guest”

”I stayed here for 1 night, just myself. The front desk clerk was courteous and very helpful. I liked that they had an indoor heated pool, and made use of it. The pool area wasn't the cleanest, and the pool itself could have used a good vacuum, but it was a nice time. There was excessive heatwave going on, but even though the room's air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool, it definitely worked. The room itself was dated, but the bed was comfortable and the shower functioned well. I...

”The beds were dirty and so ungodly uncomfortable. You could literally hear your neighbors whisper. Bathroom was a water closet with only enough space for 1 person if that. Pictures were completely deceiving. There was trash floating in the pool.”

”The property was listed as having free continental breakfast- there was no breakfast, only coffee. There was constant noise/ talking in the stairwell through 2.30am. The TV didn’t work, the bathroom sink was not caulked and was held in place by 2x4s. No soap holder in the shower- the bracket was there. Hot water took 4 - 5 minutes to come through. There were no lamps in the room so bright fluorescent lighting or nothing”
