”When my daughter and I walked into our room, the toilet seat was up and the water was running. The bowl was stained brownish red and there were pubic hairs on rim. There were two queen beds. Mine had definitely been slept in and not changed. There were long hair strands on one of my three pillows and in the bed as well as small short black hairs on top and under the top sheet. There were also hairs in the moldy shower. It really was gross. Not what I would expect for one night at $139”

”What amenities? Bottle of water. As a Marriott Bonvoy elite level person you get nothing if you go through a third party. I get the “no points” but it doesn’t even show up in your account.”

”I just stayed for a one night stay but I really enjoyed the cleanliness and spacious room. Overall, I will stay again in the future.”

”The room was clean and the staff were polite, but they offered a terrible breakfast. I had to go out and buy food for own food. Only offered make your own waffles, packaged muffins and white bread to toast. No eggs or protein. Poor!”

”Air conditioning didn’t work well. Never cooled down the room. Towels were stained from god only knows what. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and the shower head faucet was disgustingly dirty. The toilet seat was broken and if you moved it would have broken completely off. Let’s not forget that if the interior door lock would engage after you left the room resulting in having to force your way in.”

”Breakfast was ok, got early check in but had to pay additional charge. Pool was locked the whole time so couldn’t sit outside, no fitness center :(”
