We stayed in room 205. We arrived late to check in and had a difficult time getting inside. We rang the bells several times and then eventually called and someone finally came to the front desk to buzz us in. The smell when we arrived and after housekeeping cleaned the room was not very pleasant. The toilet seat did not have a cover which is not very sanitary. Netflix stopped working on the television. The front desk attendant said to try restarting everything because he wasn’t sure how to fix it. We left and came back to the television producing audio but no video at all. They did send the maintenance worker to fix it but he also did not know how to fix Netflix app. The guy from the front desk came knocking at our door three times after midnight asking if we had a leak. My husband allowed them to come in the room to see there was no running water in the bathroom as the kids and I were sleeping and he was the only one awake. The continental breakfast was good. I wish they had other protein options besides pork sausage. The location was convenient for our visit.
