”Place was dirty not clean, hair everywhere does not look like housekeeping didnt do anything except change the sheets. Dont mind complaining no matter how long your stay is they wont come fix anything. Cost too much to stay here just to not feel safe and comfortable ”

”The bathroom was a complete mess. Bathtub did not drain. Bathroom sink would not drain. Toilet did not want to flush.”

”Unfriendly and uncaring front desk employee. Shower flooring was damaged, I reported it right away and took a picture of it, he didn’t even care and just asked for the room #. We didn’t use the shower at all. At about 2:30 AM a loud sound( sounded like a pump) lasted for about 2 hours. At check out I didn’t even get a good morning or a thank you from the same person who checked us in. I would not recommend this location. We didn’t even wanted to stay for breakfast, we were happy to leave!!”

”The room was clean and the staff were polite, but they offered a terrible breakfast. I had to go out and buy food for own food. Only offered make your own waffles, packaged muffins and white bread to toast. No eggs or protein. Poor!”

”Had a lot of fun in the casino and a delicious meal at the Italian restaurant. Front staff was not overly friendly at check-in. Rooms could use a little updating. Not sure why we didn’t get our room cleaned and fresh towels one day. Called housekeeping and they brought us fresh towels.”

”Overall, it was a great and pleasant stay! The property was good, the room was clean, the breakfast spread was decent and the staff members were really friendly and helpful. ”
