For our 2 night stay THEY HAD NO COFFEE (Only decaf, that comes out of a machine that looks like it would be for hot chocolate or something and nasty coffee) NO COFFEE in the rooms and NO COFFEE at the breakfast area ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! POOR MANAGEMENT! The room looks clean at first, but they need to mop the entire floor. Our socks were filthy after walking around in the room. ”This was perhaps the most unclean and unsafe lodging we have ever seen. The poor lady at the front desk tried to be helpful and we looked at 3 separate rooms, all of which reeked of smoke and mold problems. We refused to stay and found another hotel in the area. Because we booked through Expedia, we were told they could do nothing and we would have to report our problem back to Expedia for a refund. Still in the middle of that problem resolution with Expedia support. ”
