The property was beautiful and had everything we needed and things we never even thought of. The hosts were very responsive when we had a couple questions and even left us a welcome package with some treats. I would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful, and stocked with everything we could need. From the hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit, and so much more… we never wanted to leave! The hosts were great, and we actually opted to cook 90% of our meals there just because we loved being in the outdoor area of this house so much. We highly recommend this property & would give it 10 stars if we could!

Beautiful property, walking distance to the pool, tennis court and golf course. Just minutes away from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Property is large enough for everyone to have their own space and to get together for gatherings and meals. Would definitely recommend to bring golf clubs, beautiful, challenging par 3 course. The host was accessible and responded promptly when we needed guidance. Loved it!!!

You must get this house. It was incredible. We got stuck with bad weather on our trip and it was the perfect house - games, puzzles, hot tub, grilling. The neighborhood was awesome as well - neighbors were friendly and lots of dogs to pet! My friends and I raved the entire trip about the house and we plan to come back.

Amazing time at Bethany Beach

This was our first time to the area and we were so impressed with the house, the amenities, and the location . We also loved the beaches and all the area has to offer. I would 100 percent stay at this home again and am so thankful we booked this home. The owners went above and beyond for us and were wonderful with communication .

Perfect Three Generation Vacation

Our three generation family totally 15 loved this house and community. The house is very spacious and allowed all to have their own spaces. You have everything you could possibly need provided for you. The house is in pristine condition and the owners are so quick to respond to any questions you have. The hot tub was a huge bonus. We have already booked to return next year!

We had a two week stay, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time there. Our first week consisted mainly of adult friends who spent a lot of time in the hot tub and playing cards in the “poker room”, (aka the sun room). Week two was family - bike riding, boogie boarding, golf, board games and beach time. The house is beautiful and immaculate. Our hosts were very responsive- we had no issues there. It’s an ideal setup for large families.
No complaints here! 😊

Awesome

By far the best rental we have ever stayed in, and we have been vacationing in rental homes for several, several years. Superbly clean and pristine home with all the amenities you could ask for. Felt literally like home away from home. Could have stayed there forever! Owners kept in contact with us as needed. Overall superb experience.

This home was a wonderful place for our large family to gather. Both the inside and outside areas allowed for a multitude of options for gathering groups of all sizes. The house itself was clean and very comfortable, even for our group of 9 adults and 8 children. The house amenities like the bikes, hot tub, and games were a huge hit. The golf, pool, and community games were extremely close as well. The homeowners were helpful and responsive to requests, both before and during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful and Relaxing stay!

We had such a great family vacation thanks to Kathy and her beautiful home. There are so many places to relax so you don’t feel on top of one another. We really enjoyed playing games in the sun room, the hot tub was such a bonus, the beds were comfortable, there was so much in the house we didn’t need to pack a ton of extras! The walk to the pool was convenient and it was amazing to have passes included. When a couple little things popped up, Kathy took care of them super fast. Would highly recommend!

Perfect

We had a wonderful week! 4 generations of our family stayed here. The house was great. So much space for all of us, we had room at the table to cook and eat in and play cards together, we spent time playing pickleball and tennis at the clubhouse, we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit back at the house. Everything we needed was there, in great condition. This house is well taken care of and a we had the best time making memories together. Fantastic location too, short drive to the beach, 15 min to Dewey/Rehoboth. Half hour to Ocean City Md.

Perfect Beach Getaway

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay with family at this beautiful home. The house had plenty of room for us, our children and their kids to spread out, and the deck and patio areas allowed for great places to eat and relax. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, but also enjoyed kayaking, fishing and playing games in the backyard. We appreciated the inclusion of passes to use the indoor pool, although we didn’t find the time this trip! We will surely be back again! Thanks Victor and Kathy for making sure everything was perfect!

Loved this house!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood and so close to Bethany Beach. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean. The outside space was amazing. We loved the pool so close by and all the extras in the house. The kids loved using the bikes to ride to the pool and showering outside lol. The two washing machines was a plus. We would love to stay here again. The owners were so nice to deal with. There was nothing we would change! Thanks for a great family vacation.

What a beautiful beach home!

The house was just perfect for our family! Fully equipped and then some! Lovely outdoor spaces which were perfect for al fresco dining, complete with hot tub! Spacious living areas on 3 levels. The home was immaculate when we arrived. But what set this home apart was the attention paid to us by the owners. So efficient, friendly, and responsive! I highly recommend this home!! And I will definitely return.
