    Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this first floor 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath oceanfront condo. Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this single-level seaside getaway is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, half bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs, DVD, Blu-ray, Wifi. This Sea Colony vacation rental features ceramic tile - and a large area rug - in the living area. Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We enjoyed our time at Sea Colony - 1A Annapolis. The unit was spacious, well-equipped, and convenient. Amenities were fantastic and it was within close proximity to restaurants/shopping. The convenience of being so close to the beach and swimming pool was fantastic for our grandchildren! We will definitely be coming back!

This is a well stocked unit with best view of the beach. Three bedrooms: Comfortable main bedroom...

Convenient to beach and pool, kids toys are great, main bed comfy, love the layout and wonderful views. Love the original quality of finishes to this older unit. Great for families! Already booked the same unit for next year which will be my 4th consecutive year.

Beautiful views from this condo that overlooked pool and beach. Convenient access to pool, beach and parking area without needing to use the elevator. Nice kitchen and living space.

Perfect location and nicely updated.

This Sea Colony unit was right at beach level. There was a wrap-around balcony with gorgeous views of the beach sunrise and sunset colors. The kitchen was nicely updated, and the extra half-bath was a great bonus for our family. It's a short walk to the Bethany Beach boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. We plan to book again!

Cant beat the view and location!

We had a great stay here! There was one broken mirror upon arrival as well as a broken shower knob but otherwise the place was very clean and well stocked for a weekend getaway. No stairs and short walk to the beach. the balcony made the experience so great - such a wonderful view! Comfortable beds and lots of extra blankets if needed. The twin bedroom had extra trundle beds which is good to know if you are bringing little ones! We would stay again.

Best 3 Bedroom location in Sea Colony

I loved having 3 bedrooms with extra twins in the 3rd bedroom, very close proximity to the beach. Views were outstanding. Lovely layout of this unit. One suggestion I have is adding a memory foam mattress to the double bed in bedroom #2. The master bed was very comfortable. Lovely week with family which included a 2 year old.

Nice unit and very spacious, but could use some updating.

The room is very spacious and has plenty of room if you need to use each bedroom. The kitchen is one of the best I’ve seen in any condo in Sea Colony because it’s open and spaced well, not a galley kitchen like the majority of units. Lots of room in the living space that can seat everyone comfortably without being on top of one another. The deck/balcony is great with a really nice view. The wrap around for the deck is generally a large space (unit to railing). The curtains/shades in the master bedroom should be changed. If you’re visiting in the summer months the sun is up sometime between 5-6am and it’s like a light switch being turned on in the room. That window definitely needs room darkening curtains/shades unless you like getting up super early. Also in the master bedroom for some reason the room never gets cool overnight even with the air temp down and fan on. So with the early morning light and poor temp control it is not great for sleeping into the morning once the sun is up. The living area and kitchen area stay plenty cool which is odd because those are wide open spaces compared to the master with the bedroom door closed. The entire unit in general could use quite a bit of updating with furniture. It’s comfortable enough but doesn’t look all that clean. The non-master bedrooms need a ton of updating. The bed is awful in one of the rooms, feels like laying on concrete. The other bedroom has two day beds which are ok. The dressers in that room were not very clean and they don’t open/close all that well. The lighting is also poor in the bedrooms. It feels very dark and dingy. All and all we like the room, most of these things are minor and wouldn’t stop a future rental.
