Sea Colony rules: All guests age four and older must purchase a Sea Colony recreation badge at the current published rate and complete Sea Colony’s required waiver. Parking is limited to [one/two] vehicles using valid Sea Colony passes. No pets are permitted anywhere on Sea Colony property, except qualifying service animals or approved accommodations. No smoking, vaping, parties or unauthorized guests. Guests are responsible for documented towing charges and association fines caused by their violations.
