When you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you will be greeted by a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Discover not one, but two sunny living areas, each equipped with a huge smart TV and comfortable furniture. One of the living areas additionally features a gas fireplace, adding a warm touch to your stay. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed open kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge, a five-burner stovetop, an Instant Pot®, and a wine fridge. Spend your evenings lounging on the covered front deck, which boasts a gas heater and numerous seats. The upper level houses all four bedrooms, and three of the four bedrooms have an en suite bathroom for additional convenience and privacy.

As for outdoor living, this house is unbeatable! Discover a large fenced backyard with a built-in gas firepit, an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off, a gas grill for summertime barbecues, and two picnic tables under the home. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
