    The Space:

    This beautiful Bethany Beach home is ready to welcome you to the finer side of coastal living. With nearby beach access and within walking distance of boardwalk attractions, this spacious getaway comes fully furnished for modern family comfort. Outdoor living abounds, with highlights including a fully screened porch, an open-air deck, and a covered ground-floor patio. Family beach days are a breeze, with an umbrella, chairs, beach toys, and floaties provided. Plus a wagon for hauling kids and/or gear. Additional family features include a Pack-N-Play and two baby chairs. The home has an eye on sustainability, with solar panels equipped and a NEMA 14-50 electric vehicle charging port in the garage. Inside, an open layout and strong natural lighting set the tone for group gatherings on the main floor. A plush sectional, fireplace, and smart TV offer comfortable downtime and casual entertainment. The stainless steel kitchen comes equipped for home cooking, with a deluxe suite of appliances including a six-burner gas range and dedicated beverage fridge. A dishwasher is also equipped for stress-free cleanup. For a special treat, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue out on the sun deck. Each bedroom comes equipped with its own TV, for added flexibility. The home is also fitted with an elevator, for universal ease of access. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Terrific beach house for families

Large open kitchen/dining/living space. Spacious bedrooms, numerous bathrooms, great amenities…. Toys, games, beach chairs. Lovely accommodation.

Large beautiful house

The house had plenty of room for our family and was great for hanging out. There is a busy road that can get noisy while sitting on the screened porch and deck but it was still a lovely space.

Beautiful beach house

Really beautiful house! Great blend of sophistication and casual living, just a short walk from the beach. Loved having an elevator to haul luggage! Kitchen was a dream. Three of the five bedrooms could be considered a primary, so it’s a great place for multiple families, couples or individuals. Cleanliness was a little spotty, but property manager was receptive to our comments so we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Great place but beds are too small

Place was very clean and great amenities. There were toys for children to play with and the closed in balcony was a nice touch. 1 block from the beach so very accessible. Beds were smaller than advertised however (Full, not Queen). I am 6’1+ and my wife and I barely had room. Put in bigger beds and this place is 5 stars.

Great House, Great Location

We rented this home for a first time weekend getaway for 3 couples. The layout is perfect and each couple had a beautiful master bathroom and great privacy as the rooms are well spaced. Beautiful modern kitchen and dining area. The living room was a perfect gathering spot and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable whether watching movies, playing games or just hanging out and talking by the fireplace. Even though it was chilly outside, we still enjoyed walking on the beach which is just a couple blocks down the street. We’ll be back for sure!!!

Great Stay

This property is outstanding ! The home has a nice floor plan, is well appointed and only 2 short blocks to the beach. It is conveniently located and a short walk to the center of town. I would have given 5 stars but we had multiple issues when we got to the house. Vacasa needs to step up their management of their cleaning crews as the house was not up to par in the cleanliness area at check in. We ended up cleaning the house which was really not acceptable. However, putting that aside, it is a beautiful home and I would recommend it.

This is a 5-star in a great location, but we had a salty experience with customer service. The home has 2 HVAC systems. Upon arrival, the top-floor A/C worked great, but A/C on the main floor (great room, kitchen, primary bedroom) was not working at all. We reached out to Vacasa right away, and they dispatched their non-licensed tech for investigation. The tech confirmed the air handler was not working and that an HVAC pro would need to visit within 24 hours. Fast forward to the next day (24 hours in), and nobody has fixed the AC. Nobody from Vacasa has followed up. Zero texts or calls. I reach back out via Vacasa's texting service, and they inform me their local operations team is working on it. By the next day, I'm physically and metaphorically heated. 48 hours since check-in, and still no AC on the main floor. Afternoon sun bakes the living room. Still nothing from Vacasa - Zero calls, zero texts, zero cares in the world. 3-day weekend ignorance. I send a nasty-gram through their texting service and they again reply that the local operations team is working on it.Upon departure 3 days after arrival, we still hadn't heard from the local operations team. Zilch, zero, nothing. We requested 10% back, but they refused and sent 5% with a canned response. Never an apology call. I own rental properties myself... unacceptable by my own standards. My review is the only way to make them pay for their stubbornly cheap treatment. House is great, though, good luck!
