”The entire hotel smelled like smoke. They assigned my room to another customer and the had keys to my room and came in while I was resting. The bedding was old and ready. The room had a unpleasant smell. The keys to the room kept deactivating. The floors in the lobby & elevator was constantly wet. My experience was horrible”

”The room and bathroom was noticeably fresh and clean from the time I entered. The free breakfast was decent for hotel breakfast. Ms. Vickie at the front desk was very professional and helpful the day before when I called to inquire about a late check out. When I stopped at the front desk to confirm after I had checked in on the app, she was very friendly as she showed me the sticky note where she had made a note of my request. I would definitely stay here again.”
