Welcome to our building located in Beverino, surrounded by nature and a quiet area, ideal for those who want to escape from the daily grind and find peace and quiet.

The property is located in a green and private setting, perfect for relaxing. It is about a 35-minute drive from Monterosso (Cinque Terre). Please note that the adjacent Hotel Palazzo Costa offers bar service.



To access the accommodation, we strongly recommend arriving by car, as it is very difficult to reach by other means of transportation. The parking lot is a three-minute walk from the property, but you can drive to the property using the luggage drop-off machine and then park where indicated.



!!IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING!!

By law, it is mandatory to complete an online guest registration form before arrival. The form takes about 10 minutes and must be completed by all travelers.



For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.



Do not call the portal number: for any emergencies or requests, please use the messaging service provided by the portal you booked on.



Important note for our guests:

Since the house is located in a natural area and is subject to climate variations, it may experience higher than normal humidity levels, especially during periods of inclement weather.

If you are particularly sensitive to humidity or this condition could cause you discomfort, we encourage you to carefully consider this before booking. We recommend that you read this notice in advance to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay.



Heating is permitted for up to 12 hours per day from November 1st to April 15th. For stays longer than 15 days, a fee of Euro10/day will be charged for heating costs.

Security deposit: A security deposit of Euro100.00 is required to book the property. This amount will be refunded within 2 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and provided no damage or issues are found.
