”Lovely Hotel with a cozy athmosphere. Beverly as a town is also very nice and worth a visit and Hotel is right in the middle of it. Breakfast is very English which can be bit overwhelming. Wifi works well. Will stay again. ”

”Happy with our stay at this hotel outside of Hull. Parking availability and proximity to roadways influenced our choice. Somewhat remote location, but good restaurant onsite. Safe, quiet, clean, and pleasant staff.”

”I grabbed a pillow from the wardrobe that was in a "clean" plastic bag, the pillow was infested with bed bugs as I got bitten on my head, neck, hands and arms. My wife, who was next to me, was not bitten, so I assume it was the pillow. Pls take necessary measures to clean.”

”We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. ”

”Nothing at all wrong with the hotel. Clean, nice views of garden, huge bed. It was the noise of the other guests that kept me awake after deciding that 11:30 at night was the best time to have a loud pointless conversation on the landing. Hotel was fine and i had no issues with it. Staff are very helpful and polite. Would stay with them again if i have to.”

”The lodge and location was outstanding. Situated on Heron Lakes looking across one of the 6 lakes on site with stunning views. Great location to get to the coast and plenty to do on site with walked, bike trails and of course fishing! Great short break away and will be staying here again. Thanks for a great experience throughout Lisa!”

”No staff about when you needed them. Heating not working. Wasnt fixed when asked. Restaurant has been shut about 4 years, no food on site. Fire alarm went off at 4.45am and no staff on site. Fire brigade had to break in to reset alarm. Makes Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star! Dont be fooled by the pictures! Cheap and definitely not cheerful. Literally unable to contact anyone for a refund. ”
