The room was clean and great space. The only issue with hotel was the elevator was not working and we were on second floor. However staff offered to help with luggage.

The staff were nice and the room was clean but when we got to the room the door wouldn’t shut and I had to figure out why myself, the worst part was that the shower drain was not cleaned and I had to remove the cover and declog it myself, and then the hot tub was soo loud if more then 2 people were ...

The place was clean and decorated nicely. Had everything that was promised. It was uncomfortable on arrival as the inside temp was 52 degrees and took an hour or so to warm up. Main bedroom was great. Second bedrooms beds were very uncomfortable. Did not stay long so we didn’t use much else.
