”Hotelli toimi hyvin aamulentoa odotellessa. Aamuyöllä sai take away aamupalan kerättyä itse. Kentälle on matkaa viitisen minuttia taksilla.”

”Lähellä terminaalia 2, kohtuullisen matkan päässä muistakin. Perus lentokenttähotelli, aamupala oli kyllä niukka vaihtoehtojen osalta.”

”Hotellihuoneessa ei ole puhelimessa kenttää, huone kylmö ja varsinkin kylpyhuoneen lattia.”

”Huone ei ollut siivottu! Lavuaarissa vesi seosoi, lattialla oli verta! Aamiainen hyvin yksinkertainen. 300 m 1 terminaalista ja ilmainen transfer. ”

”Enjoyed our stay overall. Evening food wasn’t great and restaurant seemed a bit cafeteria like considering how beautiful the hotel is. Pool was too cold.”

”Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. ”

”Room was filthy, dirt on floor. Towels were dirty. No staff around to complain too. No coffee or tea in room either! Definitely not family friendly. I was staying alone and would not recommend ”

”Hotel needs an update. Staff were nice enough and all the bits you need were there but the customer experience was lacking. Our room was lovely, if cold. The radiators only work part of the time. The characterful bathroom did not have a big enough radiator - no lingering in the bath with just a tidgy towel rail to heat you ( a tall ceiling and giant window.) There was very little phone signal (not their fault of course), but the wifi was atrocious, barely there and dropping out regularly -...

”This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously.
