The detached mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. To access certain services, such as entertainment, beach shuttle and swimming pools, you must purchase a wristband at a price of €2.50 per person (from 3 years) for the entire stay. A deposit of €5.00 is required at check-in for the magnetic parking card. Gas or lava stone barbecues may be used on the pitches (charcoal barbecues are prohibited).

In the campsite’s restaurant-pizzeria, which also offers takeaway, guests can enjoy Italian cuisine. Just a few minutes from the centre of Marina di Bibbona, the campsite offers a relaxing oasis surrounded by a lush pine forest, perfect for those who want to spend a holiday surrounded by nature and the sea. The campsite is ideal for families and combines comfort and fun for an unforgettable holiday on the beautiful Costa degli Etruschi. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. It is possible to park a second car for a fee of €6.00 per day, while motorbikes are charged €3.00 per day.

Mopeds and cars are not allowed on the campsite except at the following times (10.00 - 12.30 and 16.00 - 18.30).
