Owl Haven: Charming 3-Bedroom Apartment Near Bicester Village

A clean comfortable and well equipped family home, walking distance to Bicester Village, Bicester Town centre and direct trains to London and Oxford.

Owl Haven is 8 mins from junction 9 on the M40 and is handy for Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Bletchley Park.

We have recently refurbished and everything has been chosen to allow guests to feel at home no matter how long the visit.

We can accommodate up to 7 guests and we have focused on sustainability and comfort in all of our choices.

A quiet residential area in the heart of Bicester. There is a small convenience shop 50m from the house and the town centre is a short walk away. Bicester Village is a 4-minute drive away from the property and the M40 is 8 mins drive. There is ample free parking in a dedicated parking area right in front of the house.

Both Bicester North and Bicester Village train stations are within walking distance of Owl Haven. There is also a bus stop right outside the house for local connections to Oxford, Banbury, and surrounding towns. You'll find a list of taxi numbers within the welcome pack at the house in case this suits your needs better. Owl Haven is ideally located in the heart of Bicester so everything you need is a short walk away!

1. Respect the Property
Please treat the home as you would your own, and let us know immediately if anything gets damaged or needs attention. Accidents happen – we just ask that you inform us.
2. Quiet Hours
We want everyone to have a restful stay. Please keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, especially in outdoor spaces.
3. No Smoking Inside
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. You’re welcome to smoke outside but kindly dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
4. Pets
If you have agreed with us that you can have your pet in the accommodation, you are responsible for ensuring they do not damage the property. We only accept well-behaved, house-trained pets, and ask you not to leave them alone in the accommodation for extended periods of time. By bringing your pet with you, you agree to cover the cost of any damage they cause during your stay.
Cleaning & Maintenance
5. Clean as You Go
While a cleaning service is provided after your stay, we kindly ask that you keep the space tidy during your visit. Please wash dishes and clean up spills promptly.
6. Trash and Recycling
Please dispose of all rubbish and recyclables in the designated bins located outside the front of the building. If unsure, check the labels on the bins. Bin days are displayed on the notice board in the communal hallway, please put the bins out when necessary.
7. No Parties or Events
To respect our neighbours and maintain the tranquillity of the area, parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed.
Safety
8. Lock Up
For your safety and security, always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property or retiring for the night.
9. Fire Safety
Candles and open flames are not permitted indoors. Please familiarise yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and exits.
Check-Out
10. Check-Out Time
Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. Please leave the keys in the [specified location] and ensure the property is secure upon departure.
11. Final Sweep
Before leaving, double-check for any belongings and ensure all appliances are turned off.
