”Excellent property, staff are really nice and friendly. The front entrance is underwhelming though. Near the baganbari it stinks of stagnant water. That needs to be cleaned. ”

Just the bar was lacking in service. Great place to stay in Kolkata. 25 min from the airport. My driver Ranjun was great and drove me around to various appointments for the day. He was excellent.”

”The Hotel is nixe and built in modern Art deco inspired style. It is not a huge hotel like other flagship Taj properties but that what makes it better if you like a quite room especially with balcony.”
