”This was a really terrific find. The property was well-maintained and clean. The staff was super friendly. I especially loved the showerhead… Nice strong flow! Really a good choice at a excellent price.”

”Breakfast area is very small and we stayed for 3 days and the never changed and was quite limited. Definitely not on par with many of the “breakfast included” hotels we’ve stayed at. The room tub and sink both did not drain well. Was standing in 4” of water taking my shower. The drywall seams were peeling around the shower and the fixtures were corroded. Otherwise the stay was fine and slept well in comfortable, quiet room.”

”Friendly front desk. The room had mold in the shower and a blood stain on the pillowcase. Nice to have a microwave and a mini fridge. Breakfast was great- lots of options- and the room was very cute, or you could bring it back to your room. ”

”I couldn't even get into my room. I arrived at 6 p.m. signed in through the computer system and was told by the computer that my room was not ready. I called for assistance and the person on the phone said that the only person that can help you is the staff at the front desk. Guess what, there was no staff at the front desk for the entire hour I was there and other people staying there said they had never seen staff at the front desk. I never got into my room and I had to book a room 40 minutes...

”Booked one night due to an early morning road race. Around 2:00 a.m., we were woken by loud banging and screaming in the hallway. Someone was repeatedly banging on our door, and the police had to come to remove people who were causing a disturbance outside our room. The situation lasted for nearly two hours, making it impossible to sleep. What was most disappointing was that no one from the hotel acknowledged the incident or checked in with us the following morning.”

”First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

”What a lovely property! It was so quaint and quiet for an Inn. The property was very clean, plenty of hot water, an excellent breakfast with both hot and cold items, all staff were very pleasant and had ample smiles. They kept the old-school decor of an inn. It truly was lovely…also walkable to downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier. I already have a reservation for this property for later this summer. I am looking forward to it.”
