”Outstanding quality rooms for the price, very nice area”

”I chose this listing because of the late checkout and they told me at front desk they don't have late checkout. The waffle batter dispenser was busted and there was batter all over the counter the first morning and they ran out the second morning. They don't want you to take food out of breakfast area but there is not enough seats and people are down there coughing and sick. The staff is kind and these guys are trying as best they can but incorrect listings are creating a problem.i did not get...

”Air conditioning system was making loud clap every 10 minutes, not restful sleep. We arrived late at night, so unfortunately, did not notice right away. We reserved two rooms via Expedia. Upon arrival we were told we have only one room reserved. At the end, hotel was able to find another room for us,”

”We stayed for one night at the Fairfield Inn in Scarborough, Maine. It met our needs for this stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Bruce in the breakfast room was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to be sure that everything was full and that everyone had what they needed. ”

”We often stay here during school vacations for a night of swimming. The rooms are always clean, staff friendly, and breakfast always good! Plus free coffee and hot chocolate available any time.”

”Everything was great, only downfall is their pillows! There is literally nothing to them, had to use 4 to make it equivalent to 1 normal pillow. Other than that, the property, room, customer service is excellent and will be coming back! ”

”Room was fairly clean, but not quite updated. Bathroom in particular was not our favorite as the toilet hardly flushed, the sink water had good pressure but an odd stream, and the shower head and walls were stained. Bed was very firm!”

”Had to switch rooms because the smell was so bad. Everything broken or taped together. Great staff. Overall this place is a dump and gross, trust me. They also have started a remodel so lots of torn up flooring and wet paint. Don’t stay here, at least until the remodel is complete. Location is great. ”
