”To go breakfast could have been better.”

”Our door to our room constantly got stuck. The pillows and carpets were dirty. Breakfast was terrible, coffee tasted syrupy. Booked a room for three people. 2 adults and one child. No sheets/blankets provided for the sofa bed. Had to go the front desk and ask for them. Also asked for pillows which I never received. The mattress on the sofa bed was all springs. Terrible. Room smelled really bad.”

”A beautiful property, easy parking, easy contactless check-in. The room was lovely, clean, spacious. The bathroom also clean and comfortable. We skipped breakfast because we have dietary restrictions and didn’t communicate in advance, plus are very early risers and generally were he on our way out at breakfast time or before. This was a splurge for a birthday trip and it was worth it. The only improvement might be switching away from what seems like microfiber sheets - they really retain...

”I booked because of the location to the airport. I would choose to stay elsewhere next time. The price was inflated and then I was charged an additional parking fee. Portland is such an easy airport to get to that staying that close is not necessary. I did find it to be clean and the staff friendly.”

”It is an older building what you lose in age you gain in character. The stairs can be challenging for older people no elevator available. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper and when I called downstairs, I was told I had to come down three flights of stairs to get a roll of toilet paper because no one else was around. We had a room with a shared bathroom, but it worked out just fine with the exception that some people left dirty towels on the floor”

”This was a great last minute booking. The staff was helpful at check-in. The hallway carpets were a little dingy but the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. I was also very grateful they had an airport shuttle. This saved us from ordering an uber at dawn. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.”

”This beautiful older home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The innkeepers were helpful and really fun to chat with. Both grew up in Portland. Linda’s breakfast were generous and delicious. Quick and easy drive to Old Port.”
