”Our room was right next to the lobby. It was very noisy and there did not seem to be any regard that there may be customers sleeping during all shifts. The room was so close to the hustle and bustle of the front desk there was no getting away from people/staff talking all hours...not much sleep and couldn't change rooms. I would recommend not staying on the first floor near the lobby.”

”Great night’s rest! Layout of suite was great- allowing all 3 kids to be in a bedroom , in beds(not sofa) for themselves. Very clean and modern. Great water pressure in shower ( with rain shower head). Definitely recommend!”

”Housekeeping was not great. I had to ask if our room would be cleaned as it was past 6pm and was not cleaned. I found out they only clean every three days. This was Sunday. Room serviced Monday but not cleaned until Friday when I asked. There was sticky stuff on the floors and beds were never made. The free breakfast was not very good although the omelet station was good. The location is great for first timers visiting Maine.”

”It was just ok. Every time I walked in the lobby I felt like the floors were never clean. We had issues with our toilet, it was wobbly and didn’t flush half the time. The pillows are not comfortable at all, I usually don’t have issues with it but the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. Breakfast was your typical breakfast. Also thought it was weird how they made their bed…. They had a bed skirt as a sheet….”
