One day out of four they strangely neglected to clean the room, even with a door sign requesting service, but the night front desk person took it upon herself to do so when we noted the problem after returning around dinner time. ”It was okay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which is important. The coffee pot wasn't washed and the stoppers in both the sink and tub were broken and laying next to them. Both worked fine you just weren't able to take a bath or fill the sink. For an overnight or 2 it's okay. ”

”Très bel hôtel mais beaucoup de lacunes au niveau des chambres. Pas de verres dans la chambre, peu de rangement et surtout, service de nettoyage au deux jours. Donc pas de bouteille d’eau mais on peut pas boire car pas de verre et pas de café dans la chambre pour le séjour complet. Assez défaillant. Le personnel très courtois cependant et Christopher au bar est vraiment super!”

Being half a Luddite the app for phone and figuring out how to turn the lights off and on involved me needing assistance.
