”What a nice hotel. It appears to be brand new and well maintained. It was clean and bright and new. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our comfy beds and the full breakfast each morning. The hotel is in the town of Big Bear, a few blocks from the "village" area. We drove, but you could probably walk. There is a nice seating area outside with firepits. We would stay again for sure.”

”They upgraded us to one of the nicer sweets that had a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a bed with a separate bathroom, all for well under $200 a night. You can use the amenities at both of their properties, they have a heated pool at one of them. Rooms were great, the only thing I would ask for would be a king size bed, because the biggest beds that were available were Queens. We brought a Roku stick and hung out in the room for quite some time, cuz they had a nice couch...

”The house was very beautiful and check in/out was very accommodating. Fireplace and home was clean and had enough pans to cook as well as cups / forks knives and seasonings which was a plus. Just a few things that we had issues with ; ceilings upstairs were sloped where the beds were so my husband kept banging his head. If you’re trying to be quiet upstairs you cannot because the floors creak really bad but that’s common in the cold for hardwood floors. The upstairs had only a tub so in...

”I would definitely go again. We were family with school age kids, kids enjoyed playing in a nice game room. The house was professionally kept clean, house decoration was superb and view was great. Good location, great house and host.”

”Everything was wonderful except for the beds. Every bed was so soft it was hard to sleep in any bed. It was clean and quiet. Cool Cabins took really good care of us. Anything we needed or asked for they were on it. Loved that! The carpet needed a good cleaning also there were spots everywhere.”
