”Mr. Z was the counter check in person. He was very friendly and remembered me from several past visits. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my room and conditions. He sven delivered ice to my room when the ice maker in the lobby was down. Motel 6 needs mire employees like Mr Z!”
