”The hot tub was out of order which was very disappointing. At check in we requested that our son have an adjoining room. He had requested that when he made his reservation. Not only did we not have adjoining rooms but we weren’t even on the same floor. They were able to move next to us the 2nd night but packing up and moving 6 people is a pain.”

”Very simple, the rooms were large and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was construction going on but there was zero disturbances and I was just a couple of doors down. My dog was even comfortable. Also, there's a Culver's across the parking lot with a stairway to lead across the grass. Will definitely stay again when in town!”

”After driving 17 hours from Texas to Wisconsin, we are very pleased when we got into our room to see how clean, big and all the amenities it included. Our last hotel in West bend was terrible and I would never return to them. This will be my new spot! Thank you for taking such good care of my family while we visited!”

”If I enter my hotel room and visible things are in need of attention or repair no more than 3 stars from me. I will honestly say though that I didn't expect much from a Super8 and I got what I expected.”

”The exhaust fan in our bathroom was hanging off the wall and the towel rack on the wall was pulling out of the wall.”

”The room was very clean. The linens were crisp white clean and plenty of pillows. The pillows were a bit puffy so I used my own... That's just preference. The room had a good size fridge, microwave and the coffee maker was one of those little once that look like a kuerig but you put in a small packet of coffee. I didn't use it. The bed was very comfortable not rock hard but not super soft. Water in the vending machine was a decent price, helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was good the usual eggs,...

”The room we stayed is was clean. It looked as though it may have recently been renovated. But the overall hotel looks very dated. The pool was a bit green and cloudy so we certainly did not use it.”
