” They receive you with a glass of champagne. The room was clean. The view was beautiful.Bar was well stocked. AC was functioning well.”

”Nothing to dislike. Super clean. Staff were great. We didn’t use the indoor HEATED pool or hot tub but area was very clean. Location was very walkable to great restaurants (Tuscan!) and independent coffee shops like Porch and Inspired. This trip we had chilly weather so we really enjoyed the electric fireplace in the room. This is our go-to Lake Geneva hotel.”

”Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Inly complaints were thin walls ( I could hear neighbor coughing) and a SUPER cold pool. Pool was small, but ok for our 3 grandkids to play. If there had been more people it would have been crowded.”

”Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”

”The establishment was nice and the room was nice but some of the staff were not very helpful and I felt they were being unexplainable rude to my family and guests making up rules for us specially. ”

”Room clean, bed very comfy, we picked a room with kitchenette abd had everything i needed to cook the food i brought with us. The property is spread out ave of we wanted to use the pool or hot tub we would have had to drive to that building, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was not included but there were the restaurants on site if we had wanted to purchase our meals there. Beautiful campus.”

”All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of...

”We tried contacting management more than 5 times , first about a possible later checkout time and never received a call a text or email , so very poor communication . It snowed , no one put salt as there was ice , the porch light to unit didn't work dark and dangerous ,we are a older couple trying to get in the tub and drain didn't hold water , gathering room had no heat , can't watch tv from couch only from bed . The carpet was very in need of replacing and dirty, stained, had to go out to...

”Great experience as always with Holiday Inn. We love it because we know the breakfast is always good, with lots of options including fresh-cooked proteins. One man at the front desk had some attitude with people checking in and with us checking out, but otherwise the staff were excellent, with admirable attention to guest experience. And the pool is great for the kids - they had a wonderful time. We can’t wait to go back.”
